When you can return an item

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, in its original condition, and with tags attached. Final-sale and custom-sized garments are not eligible.

How to start a return

Reach out via our contact form or WhatsApp with your order number and a brief note. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Customs duties and return-shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
