These terms govern your use of vishadevan.com and any purchase from Visha Devan International (“VDI”), Seremban, Malaysia. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders & payment

All prices are listed and charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Foreign-currency figures shown on the site are approximate conversions for reference only. The amount you transfer is always the MYR total. Payment is by bank transfer or QR. An order is confirmed once our team verifies your payment receipt, normally within 24 hours. Unpaid orders may be cancelled and stock released after 3 days.

Pricing & availability

Our pieces are made in limited quantities; stock shown on the site is live but not a guarantee until payment is verified. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will refund that item in full. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch with the option of a full refund.

Shipping & customs

We ship worldwide from Malaysia via courier. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative. International orders may attract import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in original condition with tags attached. Final-sale, bespoke, and custom-sized garments are not returnable. Full details are on the Returns & Exchanges page, which forms part of these terms.

Bespoke & made-to-measure

Bespoke commissions are confirmed against the measurements you provide or that we take at fitting. Because they are made for you, bespoke pieces cannot be returned or exchanged except for a manufacturing fault.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access other customers’ data, or interfere with the service. The concierge chat assistant provides styling and product guidance in good faith; confirmed order details always supersede chat conversation.

Intellectual property

All designs, photography, text, and branding on this site are the property of Visha Devan International and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability & law

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
